Applies To: All accepted estimates and active service agreements.
1. General Agreement
By accepting an estimate or receiving service from Anna Mowing and Landscapes LLC (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Client Policies and Service Terms. These terms ensure clarity, professionalism, and quality service for all clients.
2. Service Days and Scheduling
Services are performed on your assigned service day, which is designated based on your location and route. Due to weather, equipment, or operational factors, service may occasionally be delayed by up to two days. We’ll notify you if your visit must be rescheduled. Weather-dependent services, such as fertilization or leaf cleanup, may be postponed to ensure the best results. Annual or recurring service plans are designed for consistent visits throughout the season. Skipping or delaying services may affect lawn appearance and performance.
3. Property Access
Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured by 8:00 AM on service days. If your property uses a combination lock, we recommend setting it to 6857. For keyed locks, ensure they’re unlocked before your scheduled service time. We can provide a compatible combination lock for a one-time fee of $35. Areas that
cannot be accessed due to locked gates, hazards, or pets will be skipped without refund.
4. Pets and Safety
For everyone’s safety, all pets must be kept indoors during service. Equipment noise and movement can stress animals or lead to accidental injury. Ensuring pets are safely secured allows our team to complete work efficiently and without disruption.
5. Obstruction and Preparation
Please clear service areas of toys, furniture, debris, or excessive pet waste before our arrival. Obstructions delay service and may result in skipped areas. Excessive debris or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling. Repeated instances of excessive pet waste on scheduled visit dates may result in an additional $25 cleaning fee if equipment requires cleaning before or after service. Cleaning will be performed using the client’s outdoor water source to ensure sanitation and prevent cross-contamination.
6. Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Standards
We strive to deliver clean, consistent, and professional results. The following guidelines help maintain your lawn’s health:
Watering: Clients are responsible for adequate watering, especially during hot or dry periods. Deep, infrequent watering promotes stronger roots. Irrigation systems should be checked regularly and set for early morning or late evening watering.
Pest and Weed Control: Clients should monitor for weeds or pests between visits. Notify us promptly if specific treatments are needed so we can recommend or provide solutions.
Fertilization and Soil Health: Fertilization is essential for a healthy lawn. We provide recommendations based on your property’s needs. Clients are encouraged to schedule aeration and soil testing for optimal results.
7. Payment and Billing
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. 15% late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 10 days. Accounts more than 14 days past due may have services paused until payment is made. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, CashApp, or Card (fees may apply). Payment receipts are provided for all
completed transactions.
8. Pricing and Adjustments
Recurring service rates may be adjusted after the first visit based on actual time and labor required. Clients will be notified before any rate changes take effect. Annual renewal rates may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice before renewal.
9. Renewals, Cancellations, and Termination
Agreements automatically renew annually unless canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Clients may cancel at any time without penalty by providing written notice via email or text. The Company may terminate service for unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, or non-payment. Termination notices will be provided in writing with explanation. Services end immediately upon termination unless otherwise specified.
10. Refunds and Service Corrections
Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue promptly at no additional cost. If correction is not possible, a partial credit may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
11. Property Care and Liability
Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure the property is safe and accessible for service. Please mark or notify us of hazards such as irrigation heads, utility lines, or delicate landscape features.
Damage to Property: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues arising from hidden obstacles (rocks, roots, irrigation heads, etc.). Accidental damage caused directly by our services must be reported within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if liable, take reasonable steps to correct it.
Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe property conditions or client negligence.
Insurance: Anna Mowing and Landscapes LLC carries liability insurance covering damages or injuries directly caused by our services or equipment. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
12. Photo Documentation and Communication
We may take before-and-after photos to document work quality and results. Photos may be used for internal training or marketing purposes without revealing personal or identifying details. By accepting service, you consent to receive invoices, reminders, and service updates via email or text message.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation, arbitration, or other legal remedies.
