At Anna Mowing and Landscapes, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services, deposits, and products.
1. Recurring Lawn Care & Maintenance Services
- Payments for recurring services (such as mowing or routine maintenance) are billed in advance.
- If you cancel before a scheduled service, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion.
- Once a scheduled service has been completed, payments are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
2. Landscaping & One-Time Services
- Deposits made to secure landscaping projects are non-refundable, as they reserve labor and materials.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, any refund will be calculated based on work completed and materials purchased.
- Completed landscaping, cleanup, or installation services are non-refundable, but we encourage contacting us immediately if there are any service concerns.
3. Holiday & Seasonal Lighting Installations
- Deposits for holiday lighting are non-refundable once scheduling and materials have been confirmed.
- If you cancel before installation, you may be responsible for any material costs already incurred.
- Installed lighting services are non-refundable, but if you experience an issue with the installation, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
4. Service Quality Issues
- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, we will make every reasonable effort to solve the issue.
- We will review the concern and, if warranted, return to address the issue at no additional cost.
- Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to reasonably resolve the problem.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Weather or Natural Events: Services delayed, canceled, or impacted by rain, storms, or other acts of nature.
- Materials & Supplies: Any plants, mulch, fertilizer, holiday lighting, or other materials purchased specifically for your project once bought.
- Completed Work: Services that have been fully completed, including mowing, landscaping, cleanup, or installations.
- Client-Requested Changes: Changes, rescheduling, or cancellations requested after work has started.
6. Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary, typically within 5–10 business days.
